  I would NEVER spend a penny in PAPA JOHN'S again, NEVER! I pick up from this place few times, this place is full of teenager workers, or maybe early 20s, they are not taking the orders seriously. they are always chatting and laughing. they usually take average 40-50 mins to make a pizza. you may want ask me , why you keep order from them, since they always keep make you wait? well, my wife likes the sauce here...so..other wise i would just order from Pizza shop instead. But NOT ANY MORE, I'm sick tired of the terrible customer service, Enough is Enough! today, I ordered a large pizza on phone for carry out, after 40 mins, I show up in the shop to pick it up, and they told me , they forgot this order and did not put it in.......force me to wait another 30 mins in the store.... 70 mins for a freaking large pizza! ! sigh,.......

  I love papa johns, I buy pizza once every week or every other week, but my last visit wasn't the best. My pizza was very soggy, the cheese was not properly melted. The second i picked up a slice everything slid off. Very disappointing not a very good experience after all.

  I ordered Special 2 LARGE 1 TOPPING $7.77 EACH (Add & Customize- I added Pineapple & gr pepper) online. Jan. 29, 2018 @ around 7:00pm when I went to the store. The total was $23+ and I paid cash. The guy (young one) handed me just one Large pizza. I questioned the guy and he did not like it. He has an attitude and asked me why I did not call the store to order. He said the price is different. He even told me to call online to fix the order. I insisted that there is Special online “2 Large 1 topping” and my order is for two pizzas and not one. He ignored me and does not want to do anything to help me on my order. I then suggested to cancel or void the order. It took 15 minutes for me to get my money back and the guy and there was another woman, just ignored me and they keep helping/taking order from other people. I again insisted and begged for my refund. The guy handed my money back and did not want to help me on my order and I asked. He said NO. I am very upset and already raising my voice and asked them “WHY”. I asked that I want to talk to the Manager and the young guy said, he is the manager. HE did not even has a NAME tag as a Manager The woman told me she will call a COP and I need to get out of the store. I never was treated like this. Where is Papa Johns Customer Service? What this store did is very unprofessional, not acceptable, demeaning and they humiliated me.

  I love Papa John's pizza, but i called this place to place an order for pick up, and this is what happened. I called multiple times with no answer. Once they did answer, the girl picked up the phone while still talking to a customer and said hold and just put the phone on the counter. I then I had to listen to her and her coworker(s) gossip and curse (F this, F that, he did this, and i like and um) for 5 minutes before I decided to just hang up. Great employees you guys got here. Good luck.
