  I ordered 16 wings and they were very burnt sadly when I got home I discovered that so it was too late to return. Also my pizza barely had toppings that i ordered plus it was cold. Waste of money I was so furious.

  This is by far the worst Papa John's I have ever ordered from. So dirty, lazy employees, managers and employees are so high they constantly mess up orders.pizza are always late, wrong, old and cold. The drivers are the worst and when I contacted the manager Mike...He was very discouraging as a manager and pretty much defended his employees on why the orders were wrong or why they were properly cooked. I'm so appalled by this store. West 25th is trash and all of its employees are trash. Unless you like cold pizza and wrong orders and being DISRESPECTED BY THE GENERAL MANAGER...You may wanna take your business elsewhere.

  This location is CONSISTENT!!! Delivery is always in promised time frame and the quality is excellent each time. Also friendly delivery drivers. (Just tried the thin crust for first time and loved it.)

  I loved papa john until today i order 4 pizza all my pizza was cold and the bread of the pizza was hard..they took an hour to bring my food never will i order from here again...

  Amazing people! Always very friendly and understands customers. I wish them all the success. Pretty impressed!
