::I was cut off by a delivery driver who was leaving the location off 90th and maple. He drove a white minivan and the offensive music that was so loud you could hardly make out the words. Sad if you cant follow the rules of the road and your attitude is bad you ought NOT drive with a business logo anywhere on your mode of transportation. I feel i need to file a complaint

::One of the worst customer service interactions beware this is a long story. P izza was ordered at 4:34pm delievery was quoted 25-30 minuets. Pizza was 10 minuets late we call to make sure no issues, guy wont give his real name using the name "chyll" spelled it out for us and everything. Refuses to a.) Get a manager on the phone for us b.) Give us any managers name. So I call on my phone and ask for the store managers name and am given a name, and then am let go. Meanwhile my wife is still on the phone with then getting no where no answers no help. pizza arrives to home at 5:30pm i pay and come inside with it. Only then have they reduced the price after i have paid and the driver has left. I had to call a different store to get any sort of help for the complaint. This was first time interacting with this store and this was not the kind of service i have recieved from other stores but this is likely the last time i order from this location.

::Planned on Papa John's for a pizza party for our sons 4th birthday party. Called ahead and placed order for pickup. They gave me a price for the order and a time for pickup. When I arrived, it took a couple minutes to be approached by an employee even though I was the only one there. Then they couldn't find my order, asked if I called the right location, etc. After 10 minutes, a driver showed up from his delivery, was asked if he took my order, which he had. He looked for it in the system then said "Huh, I must have not submitted. Sorry man" then just walked away. I asked how long it would take to get another order and was told it would have to be after all the other orders were made which could be at least another half hour. After I asked her to check with the cooks to see if they could get my order in sooner as we had kids at our house waiting to eat they did, it was ready in about 15 minutes. Not that I was expecting a handout, but I wasn't offered any type of discount, addition to the order like bread sticks for the inconvenience, anything. I didn't even get an apology aside from the "sorry man" I got from the guy who took but didn't submit my order. I wouldn't say the employees were rude, it was obvious they just didn't care.

::Super fast delivery! Told me 40-50 minutes but was probably about 20-30 minutes! The food was still piping hot, cheese was all melted and stringy still, as if it just came out of the oven to my table. Only downfall was that I ordered square cut and it wasn't cut properly. So ehhh.. Still delicious though!!
The Good Life
::Delicious pizza. Staff was great when I showed up way too early too pick up my order. They saw me sat down and asked my name to make sure I was aware of the time I had to wait. Thanks guys. You were swamp busy but made sure to check on me.
