  I called in an order and it took 2 hours. I called back so finally they sent me my order (three and a half hours later) just before closing and I had to pay the delivery fees and it was ice cold. And then had a hard time trying to get corporates number. I'm just done with them.

  Location on Arena Blvd. I made an order on my phone and forgot something so I called to ask if I could add 2 sides of cheese sauce to my order, just CHEESE SAUCE, not like I’m ordering a whole other pizza or wings or anything, I ask for 2 sides of CHEESE SAUCE. So simple. And was told that I couldn't do it and the reason why I couldn’t was stupid. Could’ve easily charged my credit card the extra 1.65 and went on with it but instead wanted to be lazy. Last time I’m ordering from this location.

  These guys surprised me with cold stone pizza..Ordered to pick at 12:00 noon on Memorial Day. @12:03 pm this pizza was something like it came out of a freezer and got heated up for me. Pizza guy was self assured that was just made but he forgot to switch on the heater in the shelf. Most funniest thing was their compensation for this blunder- either take the cold stone or they will give 50% off on my next visit. 50% off is on top of the normal price. That is, I will get pizza for a better price if I use coupons from Papa Johns . Also, I could see the over burned a portion of the pizza. As per the pizza guy, It was because of a 'well done' bake order... I was not knowing 'well done' is a over done in Papa John's. Finally they gave me a replacement in 15 minutes and it was 'normal baked'..
