::Bad experience with the manager he did not respect their customers. I called to complain about my order and I got threatened for not getting anymore food in the future and then he hangs up on me. I wonder if this is the way Papa John's select their employees, so their customers don't deserve it.

::I work in customer service and this has to be one of the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. First I placed an order for delivery at 11:45 am and called back to check on my order at 12:50 pm. The employee who answered the phone told me that I had to wait even longer because the pizza was made and they were wanting on the driver. After this, I asked could they remake my order because my food would be even colder than it already was and the employee called me "dude". First, we do not know each other for you to address me as such name. Then when I asked for a manager, Tyler M. did not try to address the situation and make it right. I will never spend my money at this location. The order was $25 and I work hard for every penny I get to not get better customer service than this.

::Update Saturday January 18th, 2020 8:20pm. Received a call from Manager Ally. Very nice Lady had reviewed this post and was very concerned. She confirmed the pizza we did get was indeed intended for another Customer. She apologized and made it right. GREAT Customer Service and follow up. THANKS Ally! Corrected stars from 2 to 5! Saturday January 18th, 2020 5:30pm. Walk in order as the website had an issue (once entered my pizza information- then tried to add wings. Would not give me that option could not place order through website). Order pizza from very nice Lady with nose ring with diamonds in the ring. I ordered a large thin crust with half veggies and half meats extra creese. Specifically all veggies with exception of no tomatoes and red peppers. On the other half order pepperoni, beef, bacon and Canadian bacon. When I arrived with the pizza back home there was hardly any pepperoni and no beef, the whole pizza has onions and olives all over it. I really believe we received the wrong pizza?!.
