  Ordered online. Estimates delivery time: 30-40min. 1 hour later, still no pizza and still no update. I called the store and they say “it’s going to be another 15-20min). 1.5 hour later, still no pizza. Will never order again from them!

  The worst staff! Rude as hell. I ordered a pizza and after more than an hour wait, when I called the staff was so rude. I told her I want to cancel my order and she hung up on me.

  Placed a big order at 9pm on 1/1/2018 and they cancelled it right away. It just goes to show that they were being lazy and didn’t want to make the order. Papa Johns I don’t know what you guys are doing but, from reviewing all the other bad reviews. I am disappointed that you guys allow them to be so lazy and have terrible customer service. You need new management!

  They took too long to deliver and so we called to check and not only did they not finish making the pizza they hung on me twice. Bad customer service.
