  You are better off ordering ur food from another papa johns. I spent over 15 minutes trying to order pizza because the rep who i was talking to could not figure out what the price was. The rep sent me to someone else without even letting me know she was doing that. Another Rep came on without apologizing then hung the phone up. They are absolutely GETTO. i called again and they still could not figure out thier prices this time i had people screaming in my ears. Just be careful i did not know thier customer service was that bad.

  Very poor customer service. The guy is very rude. You guys need to watch the way you treat your customers. There are other pizza choices. I will not recommend this place to nobody

  I haven't been here in a long time since I moved but last Saturday done it for me just recently. I called there to tell them I have complimentary card for a free large one topping pizza, the manager coming to find out don't like to honor the card I had to go through hell just to prove to them I said a card and not wanting free food period without it. He want on blaming the delivery guy for the misinformation when in reality it was the him (manager) being a butt hole so for that I'm not coming back there.

  Cold, late. Took an hour for the delivery order to arrive, when it was supposed to be 32-42 minutes. Was barely warm when it arrived. Receipt indicated it had left the store 40 minutes before it arrived. Called the store--was told that's acceptable, the driver probably had other deliveries. That's not acceptable to me; it's not that far!

  Store is dirty. Ordered 3 pizzas and wings for my kids play date. As soon as everyone started eating on child found a piece of hair in his mouth and on the pizza. After calming the kids down called the store to return for a full refund. The kids disposed of their food and I packed everything else up and went to the store. The associate gave me my refund but said in a rude voice that hair doesn't look like ours and this isn't all the food. I was appalled but calmly left because I needed to get the kids edible food. This is the second time this store has had poor customer service. Sad.
