  Worse service ever, I order a pizza after 11 pm online and up until 1:00 am. I am still waiting on the pizza. If I could give a 0 star I would. All the Indian man kept saying, it’s on its way mam. I should have stopped buying papa John’s along time ago but now I am officially done with them.

  Horrible delivery service. Driver said he ended up somewhere else when he put the address in the gps system and he asked us to lead him to where we were. I gave him the directions and he said I'll be there in two minutes, after that he claimed he called but we never got a call from him to tell us he was still lost and he still hadn't showed up so I had to cancel our order because it took over thirty minutes😤 When I called the store and complained saying did they expect us to eat cold pizza and asked them to make and deliver us a new one, the lady says the box would keep it warm so it should be fine.. lol okay

  Wow. Nasty food and horrible delivery service. Had some friends over. We decided to order 2 pies. The delivery guy calls... Says he's outside. I open my door and he wasn't. He arrived 5 minutes later. Then hands me one pizza pie and the receipt. At first I was going to give a tip, but then he tried walking away. I was like. Hey where is the rest of my order? He said he was going to check his car. I waited 5 minutes... So then I called the store and was on the phone with the manager for an additional 5 minutes... Maybe more. Finally the delivery guy gets to my door and he asks with an attitude, why did I call the store? Are you frigging kidding me? So I took the receipt back and scratched out the tip and redid the total. One of the pizza's was nasty anyway. It had damn near no cheese. I will never order from them again. Their food is nasty and the delivery service was horrible!
