  I lived in Cincinnati for one year before deciding to go to the Cincinnati Union Terminal on New Years eve. I asked the young lady at the desk a few questions regarding activities, parking and admission and just received the resting b**** face with very little details. It's really unfortunate because I blog and word of mouth is the best advertisement. I wasn't interested in spending a dime or my time. Customer service is everything.

  I tried to order a pizza and waited 2hrs and still no pizza the male manager was rude im trying to see how this is my fault when you guys went to a third party to deliver food for you guys this is crazy and will not get my business anymore

  I usually love this place, their delivery guys are awesome, but watch out for sticks made up as breadsticks (this is usually a 1 out of every 5 orders for me lol). Otherwise they don't skimp on sauces or toppings and don't over bake. If not for the hate crime that is stick breadsticks I'd give it a 5 star.

  First time having papa John’s and it was a great experience as soon as I walked in i would definitely order again if I come back to Cincinnati jalapeño rolls are delicious so is the steak and cheese

  Had the prettiest pizza I have ever seen from Papa John's the other day! Half extra cheese half pepperoni. The papadia's are incredible too (cheesesteak especially) but please do not order more than 2 at a time because I have read they are very time intensive for the workers to make during a lunch/dinner rush.
