  I just called at 12:25am tonight asking a simple question and the guy was really rude. I only have cheat days once in a blue moon and could have been a new customer but I definitely am not now. I'm not expecting high end service....just not an attitude would be nice.

  I really wanted to eat pizza and since I never tasted Papa John's Pizza, I wanted to give it a try. I ordered online for pickup. My online ordering experience was excellent, there was even a deal : a large pizza with two toppings and brownies for 15$ ( without taxes ) , so I took it. The pizza was ready after 25 mins exactly the time that they set. They sent me a text message as soon as it was done and I went to pick up. Back home, I wasn't disappointed at all while eating the pizza. It was delicious! The garlic sauce given with the pizza was so tasty and the brownies was divine. Overall I really enjoyed and I recommend it to each and every person who want to eat a great pizza.

  So I ordered a pizza at 945pm, they said it would be here in 35 minutes. I waited patiently understanding sometimes places like this get busy around this time. An hour went by, called back at 1045 and they told me another 5 minutes. I then wait until 1110 to finally call yet again because at this point I'm starving. He then proceeded to tell us that he knocked on the door, even after I left specific notes to call when they get here because we wouldn't here the knock. Every time I've called they said they already knew I wanted a call because I ordered regularly and it was in the notes. I still mentioned it every time including this one. When we called for the last time the man said the driver said he called us and our phone never rang. He read our number back to us with one digit off. The driver arrives saying he knocked, shoved the receipt in my husbands face saying there was no note to call even though the person on the phone said the driver did call. Not only did we wait two hours for a COLD pizza, but they were extremely rude and uncurteous. I would NOT even give them 1 star but I had to in order to write this!
