::Pizza took over an hour to arrive (2 miles away). Inept driver waits 2 minutes then leaves. Store doesn't pick up. Papa Johns customer support closed 3 hours ago. Credit card is still charged. Completely unacceptable.

::Wrote a pretty bad review a moment ago and hoping this review makes up for it! Even though my Pizza took over an hour above the estimated delivery time to get to my door, I really really appreciated my delivery driver taking the time to take my food straight to my apartment door. She was kind, apologized for everything and explained what happened!

::Orrdered at 10:09, they are 1.6 miles from hotel. One pizza arrived at 11:12. I called to see where it was after 30 minites and they said it was enroute. One delivery guy came to deliver another customers pizza, he said he is sorry but it is not his order. Understand. My delivery guy arrives and i tell him it has been over an hour. He smiles, and said “ i just deliverand that is not on me”. I knew i should have let him keep it, but im starving. The pizza was cold! I called back to complain again, and call was pucked up and hung up. Awful service.

::Great service! The delivery guy (Ross) even made sure to tell us how far away he was. We live downtown and he made sure to even walk our pizza to our main apartment entrance. Very polite and professional...and the pizza was perfect!
