::On Sunday the store closes at midnight meaning they stop taking orders at..... MIDNIGHT. I placed an order online and it was for the wrong store and I've now called the store 8 times and gotten hung up on Every. Single. Time. As a former Papa John's employee and a former Domino's and Pizza Hut employee this is outrageous to shut down shop at 11pm an hour before we actually close heads wouldve rolled if that happened at my store. Hopefully Onur (the regional director) can get a handle on this because it can't be good for business

::First time visit- I ordered a pizza over the phone 30 minutes before getting there and they couldn’t find the order when I got there...super unorganized location. Avoid if at all possible.

::We will not order from this Papa Johns again. They had been reliable until recently. They were so late with an order last time that we complained (a rarity for us). We were offered a coupon for a free pizza that we don't even plan to redeem. Tonight it took well over an hour to deliver an order that was supposed to be done in 29-39 minutes. I understand maybe the online system estimates incorrectly, but they need to either fix it or apologize without equivocating when they are late. We are done with this place.

::Extremely disappointed! I ordered pizza 2 hours ago who ever took my order did not verified my address with me. Pizza man call me and said he is outside my boyfriend goes outside we could not find anyone fast forward the driver went to my church instead of my home. I called the store to tell them what was going on they said the driver is on he was. 10 minutes goes by pizza is still not here I called the store and was told they are making a new pizza because the old one was no longer hot I said okay and hug up. 5 minutes later I got a call saying the my order will be counseled because don't deliver in my areas. 3 hours later, I am going to be hungry because I have no dinner. THE BEFORE U ORDER
