  This place never gets your orders right, plus when you call to make an order the guys who answer give you the worst attitude!!!

  Every time I order from this location they don't start making my pizza until after the pickup time. This last time it took over an hour to get my pizzas when the website and email said 15-25 minutes. At one point I saw 7 people standing around a computer looking at the screen and on 1 person was making pizzas.

  Pizza is always fine but EVERYTIME i order garlic knots they are never cooked all the way, i take a bite and its still chewey and play-doughy feeling because the dough isnt cooked all the way at the bottom, so i never eat them. Yall needa start cookin them all the way because this is the closest location to my house and i only order because of garlic knots. So stepp yall game up and cook them all the way.

  This is the best Papa John's in Mesa! The staff is very nice. If there is ever an issue with your order they do their best to fix the issue fast.

  I always get extraordinary service here. I always get take out.. Not sure if that makes a difference. The staff is always friendly and professional. The food is always great. I love at their specials before I order and go from there and always get an excellent deal on my pizza.
