  The best pet store I've been in. I witnessed someone trying to buy a turtle on a whim and the clerk was professional but firm in telling them they would only sell the animal with proof that the person has the necessary equipment for a turtle habitat. I've seen many turtles die or get let loose in the wild because they didn't have the proper care at home. I appreciate the way Papa Jim's does things

  We were a little hesitant to stop because of some of the reviews. Glad we did. There were many choices of healthy fish. The staff was educational and helpful. Will definitely be back.

  My son and I stumbled upon this place and fell in love with it. The best customer service ever. The staff is very knowledgeable on all the animals, from the fish to the baby ducks and baby chickens. Reasonable prices too.
