::Service was terrible; they got my order wrong. When I called them to inform them of their error the manager refused to refund the purchase unless I bring in the original sales receipt! Total waste of time - avoid this location at all costs. Total embarrassment of the Panera name!

::Register not working properly and my order was wrong! Second day watching employee talking with a customer for an extended period of time. So I ordered from my phone, there was a person working the register but it was clear she could have used some help to push a customer or two through faster.
