::Sometimes they get overly busy and the staff doesn't know how to handle it cause it seems like sometimes they have new staff. But the managers usually handle the rushes well. Overall if I have an issue they take care of it quickly without issue.

::Great food quick service priced right

::We have gone here during the lunch rush several times in the last month. The service has been prompt and accurate. Iβd not been to Panera in a long time so I was pleasantly surprised by the menu update. There are several reasonably healthy options for lunch. They have Tabasco for your turkey chili but you have to ask for it (itβs hidden under the counter with the other condiments).

::I like that it's so big inside, there are lots of seats, and it's pretty clean. But they don't seem to understand how the Rapid Pick-up shelf works. There have been several times, where I order something and they never put it on the shelf. Then after waiting I have to talk to a person at the register and show them my order on my phone and they say "oh we never got it" and I have to wait even longer to get the order. It defeats the purpose of "Rapid pick-up". This is never a problem at the other Paneras.

::HMMM..I've been coming to this restaurant for a long time, but I think I'll eat lunch at home from now on. Waited in line a LONG time, then after eating, decided to have a cherry pastry. Waiting in another very LONG line watching Larissa carefully take her time on three orders. Finally, I go to pick out my pastry and there are flies and gnats on them. I said, "oh, never mind, hey...do you know there are bugs all over the pastries?" She said. "Yep." and then helped the next person in line. EWWWWW
