  A great panera bread location. Staff is good, they’re fast and always have your order right!!! Well...almost always, but who’s not human?

  Panera is great place, but this location sucks. The staff is very unfriendly and act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order. The cashier had a sour face taking the orders. The manager came over and told the people in line to use the self service kiosk because they were short staffed. Went to kiosk and ordered and then saw there were 3 cashiers. Where they all hiding in the back? We were a group of 10 and sat at the big table. When we were barely done, the manager came over with one of the staff and started picking up the plates. Like kicking us out. Maybe they didnt like the fact that we were talking while eating. It is an eating place not a church or a library. Everyone there from the manager to the kitchen staff need training in customer service.

  Una sola palabra definirlo: Excelente. El mejor Pan que puedan encontrar en la ciudad está aquí y las mejores sopas también, las ensaladas son divinas y el sitio en general es agradable. Los precios son cómodos. Hay wi-fi. Se puede comer agradablemente en el sitio
