::Panini was a bit overgrilled. This location does not have the pagers, so you'll have to wait at the counter for your have to be called. Service was quite good at the cash register: friendly and fast.

::This is a imptomptu meet up place and free incubator for gotta stay connected people; students, mom's, business people on the run. The food is healthy and offers vegan and meat lovers, a healthy meal or even a gluten free bun for snack time. Parking is tough. There is a parking garage a block away. Handicap accessible with one-sie rest room facilities. Love the black bean soup!

::Great service. I ordered the broccoli and cheddar soup in a bread bowl. It was spot-on for a rainy and cold day. There's also a fireplace which I am sure is cozy on a snowy day.

::In addition to great tasting food, the downtown Silver Spring, MD Panera bread has superb customer service! Juan, manager, truly pays it forward to his community by welcoming customers of all backgrounds! I witnessed Juan assist a customer that need a little extra patience and understanding while the ordering a coffee beverage. Juan took time to get his coffee personally! As a customer of color it was great to see Juan provide excellent customer service to the other customer (needing extra assistance) of color with passion, generosity, and individualized care. KUDOS!
