::I occasionally choose this cozy restaurant to see my clients. All staffs are kind and I feel very comfortable in here.

::The perfect restaurant! The service was amazing, with extremely friend staff, easy to read menu and a wide variety of options. Seating was pro used next to a fireplace, and the ambience if the place was friendly and cozy. The drinks were fantastic, with hibiscus prickly pear lemonade, which combined well with regular lemonade. The sandwiches were great, but the small is more than enough to fill. The creamy tomato soup was spectacular, the bread soft, the ingredients fresh and plenty of sauces to choose from. When in line, a gluten free couple asked for something without gluten, and the cashier went to find the entire menu, and flipped through the huge binder. Overall excellent, and would recommend.

::Food is as to be expected at any Panera. However: 1. Tables are not as clean as I would expect. 2. Employees were playing unofficial/unauthorized music behind the counter for some reason. This clashed with the “normal” music in the rest of the place to create a cacophonous environment. 3. There is no sink in the men’s room! No joke. It’s just a table with a bin of dirty water, some soap, a bottle of hand sanitizer, and sign “apologizing” for what I imagine is a significant health code violation. Yikes! (Photo attached.)

::My wife and I had a tradition of Sunday mornings at this neighborhood Panera. Sadly, she recently passed away, and I decided to host a family get-together at our home after the memorial service. I asked Panera Catering to provide sandwiches and sweets. Their response was kind and generous, and the food was perfect. I am very grateful. For now, I will continue the Sunday morning Panera tradition.
