  Standard fare Panera with a twist. You have a dedicated staff member handing out your food at the counter during lunch to keep the homeless from walking in and stealing it. This the busiest Panera I've ever been to.

  Good variety. Lots of soups and salads and sandwiches. Not your run of the mill sandwich shop.

  Able to customize my order no matter where. . . if I'm at the downtown store or at The Mall of America. I'm sure its relative to the distance though.

  Went into Panera today (8/30) to grab a late lunch. A woman was waiting for her food in front of me who appeared to be partially blind. One of the workers came around and filled up her water bottle for her and helped walk her out of the store to get her to her destination. Great act of kindness and nice to see. I didn't catch the name of the employee but kudos to her.
