  Average food and rather expensive, I like french onion soup, I don't like having to make said soup. There isn't really anything on the menu that stands out though, the store mostly prays upon people too lazy to make their own salads, and there are better local places to get a comparable salad at a much higher value. Heck, there are better places to get french onion soup but I need to eat something when groups I'm with decide to flock here.

  Service is typically quite good and associates are friendly. Food has been consistent over several visits and I'm always happy to stop in for a light meal that actually tastes good. Btw, if you haven't, try the cappuccino in a mug. It's surprisingly very good at its price point compared to other restaurants that charge quite a bit more.

  Today I observed a very thoughtful act by one of the West Caldwell regular employees, in conjunction with other front line servers, who wants to remain nameless. But her act was sweet & thoughtful and I want to acknowledge her by saying so. She knows who she is. Thanks for the good deed and the attentive service to others. J

  Another excellent experience at the local Panera. Quick table service and tasty pastries. We love to eat here or get a quick cup of coffee with friends!
