  Employees frequently arguing with each other, I've had to ask for a cashier due to no one being present to take my order several times, and portion size is always smaller with take out vs dining in. Incredibly slow service to boot.

  I called to find out what soups were on the menu, since this is a new location and has a limited rather than the same menu as at other locations. Outgoing voice message indicated to press 2, so I did. Then a list of about 5 soups were named one of which interested me. I walked over to the restaurant and noticed that the relevant soup was not listed on the menu board. When I got to the order desk I mentioned that I had called to ask about soups and was told that they didn't have that soup. Never do, never will. I commented that their outgoing message specifically lists "today's" soups and was told "that's not us; we don't make that soup". Thanks, Panera! Guess I won't bother with soup if you won't bother with updating the outgoing voice message for your brand new location.
