  Great food and fast service the restrooms we're on point and the most delicious cookies I have ever tried over all experience was AWESOME!

  I love Panera, but this location needs to take Customer Service 101. I tried ordering online for a "rapid pick-up" and got an error message when I tried different times over the course of an hour. So, I called. I was obnoxiously told 3 different times that I could order online. (Ha.) Then, after ringing about 8 times to be put through to order, I was disconnected and got a busy signal. I tried back one more time and got a human, but when I tried to use the online coupon, I was told it wouldn't work over the phone. Extremely poor customer service. When a glitch is your company's fault, you don't make the customer pay extra. I've also eaten here several times before, and gotta say - my order is NEVER right. I always make sure to check before I leave because everyone I see picking up an order has to go back to the counter to tell the staff that they've forgotten something or mixed something up. Not coming back to this location again.
