  I really enjoyed the fast lane ordering on the machines. It was quick and easy to order with. The food was brought to us very quickly and was delicious as always.

  I love Panera, but this location consistently proves to have low quality service. Unfriendly staff, very slow and poor service; every single time I have ordered via the drive through, a portion of the order is forgotten. Most recently my breakfast sandwich only had an egg white on it, clearly missing half of the sandwich and today the salads we ordered had zero dressing. Extremely disappointing as this location is convenient, but we’ll be avoiding this location as it’s not worth the $25 spent due to the continuous sloppy service.

  The food is still good as well as the service but changing the breakfast menu to only a few sandwiches, and new items at that, leaves this return customer dissatisfied. I LOVED your Asiago breakfast sandwich but no longer on the menu. The fabulous cooks made it for me anyway, the best they could, even though they didn't have most of the ingredients. Still delicious.
