  I've noticed smaller soup portions in two different Panera locations. I one, I asked for a Bowl of onion soup (not a bread bowl - a regular bowl). I picked up my bowl the same time my friend picked up her CUP of soup. I swear there was the same amount of soup in each. I questioned the woman behind the counter who told me that was the correct portion size. She saw I wasn't having it and gave me another ladle full of soup. Last night at a different location, I ordered onion soup in a bread bowl. Boy! Have those bread bowls gotten small! Not that anybody needs that much bread - we are a nation of diabetics after all. But I do notice a difference from the way it used to be.

  ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY FANTASTIC. The service, the food choices are phenominal short waiting time on the line great staff good parking very clean & the price is right

  Coffees good, pastries are excellent. A but pricy, but the quality is A+.

  Good soups and sandwiches. A little pricey for what you get but it tastes good. Friendly service. Ask for a ceramic cup for your coffee
