::I went for the charged lemonade and i can tell you it WAKES you man!! For sure be careful for drinking to much caffeine but it's a boost! Big draw back here is that the technology used to remind you of your order is trash. I got the text reminder like 2 hour later after i already ate my food at the restaurant and was home already. It's easy to fix, they just need to implement it correctly. Lack of attention to detail.

::I was trapped in the drive-through line for 17 minutes after being told my food was unavailable. This occurred beginning at 7:27 PM on March 5, 2023. I had already waited in line to pull up to order at the drive-through. They said that all sandwich breads other than tomato basil were not available. I tried to order a bread bowl soup for a housebound elderly parent who really wanted bread bowl soup. I was told it was unavailable. I said I would leave, which seemed all right since I was the third car in line. The Jeep in front of me also declined to order. Amazingly, the vehicle at the front of the line was enabled to take 17 minutes negotiating their order, effectively trapping the rest of us in line. The Jeep eventually did a rock crawl maneuver over the curbs that separated the drive-through line from the rest of the world. I was in my somewhat-collectible, low-clearance 2000 Mustang, so I had no choice but to remain imprisoned in the drive-through line for 17 minutes until 7:44 PM. Expecting that maybe there would be an apology, I looked briefly through the window as I passed by, but the cowardly employees had removed themselves from proximity of the window. The outright disrespect for customers' time was breathtaking and completely unacceptable. The management of this establishment should either find a way to redesign the drive-through process or close down the franchise to avoid wasting people's time.

::Worst Panera of any I’ve visited throughout the country, does a real disservice to the brand and not worth the price. Always out of ingredients. Frequently get orders wrong, like giving tuna instead of a veggie sandwich. And the workers are rude! I really hope corporate does a revamp of this location. It’s a busy area and deserves much better than this store

::Great location. Great food. Minor issues with the self-serve pagers not working/not being charged, but the staff simply call your name. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. (Pictured below is my #1 Panera pick, broccoli soup in a bread bowl)

::Large dining area and it was very clean! They have the self-service tablets that make ordering easy, and the food came quickly and tasted great. Great experience overall
