::First off we are big fans of Panarea but this location is beyond bad. Completely rude employees. Tina at the register was put out having to even take our order. There is a breakfast menu posted and when we ordered a breakfast sandwich Tina sourly informed us breakfast was over at 11:00a. No problem but I don't feel we needed to be reprimanded. Furthermore, as other reviews have stated the hygiene of this location is questionable at best. Employees are unsanitary. Tables are dirty and floors haven't been swept. With so many options in this area, play it safe and look elsewhere.

::We have never had a good experience at this restaurant (we’ve been here maybe 8 times over two years). They have overcharged us on multiple occasions, forgotten food, and produced poor quality food. The customer service is not great either. On our most recent trip, we were charged more than the website listed (we tried to pay online but it wouldn’t accept our gift card) so we went to the store to order. The cashier could not tell us how much was in our gift card until she ran the order. When we got home, they had forgotten to add chicken to my chicken salad. The only reason we keep returning is because we are given gift cards to eat here. The food is fine but not worth the frustration.

::I got the chipotle chicken sandwich and when I tried it it was raw and when I went to let the employee know she started arguing with me that it was fine and that it's normal if it looks pink. Then after arguing she got me another sandwich that was cooked right. I don't recommend this place.

::It's good, they just don't have some things that most other restaurants have. For instance, I ordered a garden salad, which was very good, but they only had vinaigrette as a dressing. They do not have ranch. My tortellinis were excellent though. Their food is fresh and high quality. Service was pretty fast for the amount of people in line. Staff is pleasant.

::Very rude and unfriendly service. No gloves used while handling food, very unsanitary place. Too expensive as well, $9 for a tiny salad, will not return here ever!
