::I have been to this Panera many, many times but have become unhappy with the lack of pastries due to their large catering business. They prefer to clear out the shelves rather than allow for a few walk in customers and I get there at 8 AM! I have finally had enough deciding to no longer go there. I have never had to wait longer than five minutes and the customer service is very friendly.

::I really like the food, but the service is not great. It just seems like the employees chosen to interact with customers are not people people. They always make me feel like I'm bothering them.

::Seriously the best Panera Bread in town. The staff are so welcoming and helpful! Food is great and 100% clean as you know. Parking is a little tight and crazy but well worth it!

::I love Panera, but this location is terrible. I just got home and they forgot a few items, including chicken in my ancient grain CHICKEN salad! I am always surprised when my order is correct! It’s a rare occasion. I’m really hoping someone starts managing this location better. Giving them one more chance and then looking for another location.

::I go to Panera because the food is reasonably good, always fresh, and I live down the street from the one at 38th and Lowell. If you are really hungry, though, or are in any kind of a hurry, this location is DEFINITELY not the place for you. Service is at a snail's pace.
