Panera Bread in New York

  This is the slowest, disorganized panera ever. Two containers of coffee and some of the drinks were empty. The average wait for the food was a half hour. It is worth driving to any other panera for better service.

  Great food, terrible service. 43 minutes to have your food prepared in a less than half full restaurant!? Especially when, at least 6 tables had their food already. Then at 44 minute mark, I walk over to check. And my food is ready to be brought to the table (along with a couple of others) and the 2 women that were running the food out are standing there. 1 was cleaning by the beverages and the other was on her phone!? It is unbelievable to witness such disorganization!

  Service sucked. Person prepping the food Shaina was rude and after I asked about my order she said she was waiting on my salad and after I asked about my order she purposely gave someone there order be me and we order the same salad and continued serving people who came in after me. I will never come here again. While being there I saw a roach by the drinking area so that also lead me to cancel my order and leave. I recommend nobody goes to this filthy Panera Bread.

  I wish i could give less stars. Unprofessional as hell and had me waiting 20 minutes for my food that was READY behind the counter yall suck

  Great service. The cashier lady was very patient with me and my friend while taking our orders and kept a smile on her face through it all. I felt very welcomed. Definitely coming again soon!
