  My favorite thing about Panera is the menu, but this Panera is a disappointment. They're probably past due for a renovation. The place always seems damp and sticky. The staff is a mixed bag of smiling people and people who don't seem to really want to be there. After my last visit, I'm done. It's never good to walk out of a restaurant feeling worse than when you went in.

  I found a hair on my food and was ignored when asked to speak to the manager. Never coming here again.

  It was about a week ago, my girlfriend was picking up dinner for us with her Panera gift card cuz she loves Panera bread. However this time when she went to pick up her order, the lady never repeated back the order; and she was in a hurry so she just grabbed it and when she got home unfortunately the whole entire order was wrong and she couldn't eat most of it cuz of certain food intolerances. The service was super sweet, and maybe she was new however follow thru with the order didn't go as well

  Spent $10.23 on the pick two and got a bowl of soup that was half full and a tiny sandwich. Total ripoff and was not impressed. I remember Panera being better and with larger portions.
