::Love Panera. The food is consistent (when they have what you want), fresh and tasty. I get "we ran out" too often. The staff is friendly.

::This is the worse Panera I have ever had the displeasure of entering. First of all there is very little customer service. After ordering my food I noted several issues. First, I ordered a pick two meal - soup and salad. I was given no spoon. Second, I ordered a drink, I was not given a cup for my drink. In both of these situations I had to go find them items myself. Third, in all of the confusion over my meal I did not notice that the person taking my order never gave me back my Panera Bread rewards card.

::This was first time I’ve eaten here and I loved it. The salad is fresh the soup is good and the staff is just overall great. They have a lot on the menu to choose from. They even have gluten-free options as well as vegan. That’s a big plus for me. I would recommend eating here to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.
