  To think of this place but it has all the drinks that the other Panera's have. It's an ideal location right at the transportation center to sit and use the Wi-Fi.

  My regular place to grab breakfast before going into work. The soufflé and caramel latte are nice

  Panera is a chain located in a convenient spot outside the Rosslyn Metro. If you become a "regular" and you are there in the afternoons, you could be lucky enough to get service from Yeme. She is terrific. She makes the place warm on top of good coffee and pastries. 5 stars!!!

  They often burn my breakfast sandwiches (just look at the picture). The place is staffed with many people that don’t speak English that well (hidden in the kitchen area). So, any order issues are hard to be understood by some of them. They won’t even understand what’s wrong or how to fix it. Also, one of the male managers is flirty with the male customers. The flirting isn’t a big deal, but it’s very annoying when you can’t even get my *paid* order right... It’s a bit insulting. He’s also kinda sassy. I believe all the bad reviews about catering, and incorrect orders. Panera has gone down hill on customer service. They need to hire competent staff.

  I placed a catering order from this location and it was delivered promptly, but they forgot part of my order. I didn't realize this until the delivery person had already left, so I tried to call the store. No one would pick up from any of the lines I tried. I called Panera customer service and the gentleman that helped me couldn't get them on the line either. I normally love Panera, but this location is terrible. I've got a meeting that will likely run out of food and no one that will fix the issue.
