::Manager and staff very attentive and helpful and resolve problems without you even asking. Very comfortable to go here, 5 star service. Umami soba noodle "soup " was a pile of limp noodles shriveled spinach and old falling apart pieces of chicken piled in a puddle of thick processed sauce that filled an inch of the bowl. However manager refunded me and was awesome and got the chicken noodle instead. So he single handedly turned one star to 4

::Within the past two weeks, I had my to-go order messed up twice. The first time, my bag didn't contain the side (chips) the meal was suppose to come with. I noticed before I left the store, so I asked them to correct the order and received the chips. Today though, I ordered a baker's dozen of bagels, received the bag. and left. When I finally got out the bagels, we discovered there were only 11 bagels when there should have been 13! Both missing bagels were asiago, so maybe they ran out, but they should not have given me my order incomplete or should have substitute some other type of bagel.

::Nice location, but parking can be limited. Service has always been good when I've been there. Food is okay, but it's definitely expensive for what you get. WiFi can be really spotty depending on where you sit.

::Never had a bad experience. Food is always great and prepared quickly, even during a lunch rush. Plenty of space to study and lots of outlets to plug into. Parking is indeed limited, but I've been able to park by the CVS without issue. The kiosks make ordering a breeze. I enjoy the music they play too--its relaxing and not overplayed junk. And the bathroom smells good!

::I can no longer go to this Panera bread, they are the worst. It it always a problem here. Sometimes they prepare the order wrong, some times they run out of items and don't tell you in timely manner. Once they even shorted me on my smoothie by only filling it up 3/4 of the way. The manger (don't know his name, but he's a white male) has an attitude as well. I won't be returning to this location, I have given them at least 5 chances
