  It's Panera. Great food options, I have breakfast here a lot. I love steel cut oats and they have decent ones with fresh fruit you can add and granola. Service is typically ok here.

  I was there with a friend that was from London and the gentleman that helped me was really good but my friend had a young lady help her which was quite rude she repeated her order 4 times and said she wanted water never gave her a cup for that. I live in the neighborhood and will never visit this store again. Some of your clerks need an attitude adjustment.when you realize someone with and accent that definitely from out of the country it would be nice to try to be helpful!

  Rude staff, having personal conversation and making disgusted faces as I was checking out. Made me very uncomfortable but I was still polite. I was asked twice if I wanted it "here or to go"...I said here twice and she made it to go. Then she crumbled up my receipt & threw it out instead of handing it to me. I overheard her talking about me to her co-worker which happened to be a manager. So, I approached them and explained to the manager what happened and he just stared at me, never apologized...the woman interrupted and began arguing with me. The manager still never said a word. Unreal. Horrible customer service at this location. Many other more desirable choices in the area.

  I love my job for those of you with the rude comment let me reassure you that some of us are working 12 hrs shifts that turn into doubles so yes we are stressed out sometimes. Most of you guys don't even say hi when at the registers that's is very rude so why should we give you the respect you aren't giving me. Sounds about right and you want us not to make humor out of our jobs you want us to be stuck in one spot with no emotions. When it comes to your food we take our time well at least try to when you guys stare us down like people who have never ate before it's really sad. We take the time to come to work not only cuz we need it but also if it wasn't for us y'all wouldn't be eating Panera at the Ansley mall location. Get it together be more appreciative of our hard work we try to serve you the best we can because at the end of the day we are only human. I come in peace 😇
