::My family and I go to Panera often and we love it. But at this location, my sister lost her wallet and when it was found management there returned it with $270 in cash missing. The managers there kept blaming each other for it and keep changing their story about who found it. We are convinced that one of the mangers STOLE my sister's money and the General manager refuses to take action against his lying and stealing employees. Management really needs to fix their behavior. They stole $270 from my sister and we are cretin they have done this before since another woman had left her purse there that same day and her purse had been gone through before she got it back. This is unprofessional and the way they yelled at my family is disturbing. We understand my sister should have been more careful, but once they have found the item they did not take proper steps to return the item. And the way the General manager spoke to my sister and refused to represent the lying manager is unacceptable!!!

::The worst parking lot I have ever seen in my entire life. Two great restaurants in one location and about 35 parking spots for bothπ‘.

::Honestly, I'd skip this place. First, Panera Bread is expensive, so expect that. "But at least you receive quality food and exceptional service for that price," I hear others exclaim. Not here. My wife and I visited this location; she got a bagel with cream cheese, a fountain drink, and a parfait. I got a steak and cheese bagel, a parfait, and a latte. All that together? 30 friggin dollars. Okay, whatever. But then my wife's bagel was burned, her side of cream cheese was about 1 tablespoons worth, and the "steak" on my bagel was a small amount of a tough, chewy brisket type meat only covering about half the sandwich. I don't know if it's the staffs fault (though they seemed kind and attentive) or the company's doing, but after this visit, due to the sky high price in relation to the quality and quantity of food we received, we swore off Panera forever. Instead, we're gonna make bagels at home and put the difference we save in a friggin mutual fund to pay for our children's college.
