::Lack of attention to detail on the simple stuff. 2 sandwiches a half soup and a salad. Didn’t even mark the sandwiches to be able to tell which one is which, no silverware for the soup or salad. Reminded of why I didn’t go back the last time. $45 for the poor service not worth it

::I have never ate at Panera Bread before. I thought it would be like Kneaders... boy was I wrong! We walked in and after searching around, finally found the order counter.... we looked at the menu, and subsequently decided to not order.... because I don't like onions, and every sandwich that I would like had onions on it... and there were other things listed that I didn't even know what they were or if I would like it. It was all very confusing to be honest.

::I LOVE Panera! Have for years! Ordered a kids mac & cheese meal for my 4 yr.old, adult mac & cheese for my 10yr old, and pick 2 for me... chicken wild rice soup and chicken frontega sandwich, large passion fruit/papaya green tea and a brownie to share between us. Everything was delicious and I seriously considered channeling my inner dog and wanted to lick the bowl clean (better judgement got the best of me and I didn't, but, I regret it). Like clockwork I will be back.

::Look...I get it...prices go up. We went through Covid. But $11 for a chicken sandwich? $18 for a half and half? So $27 for a cup of soup, half a salad and a chicken sandwich. With so many other restaurants not charging that much I just can't help but think you guys are taking advantage of the people you serve.

::THERE IS A MANAGER AT THIS STORE..? The worst treat for the drivers that deliver to us our orders.. I was on the phone with the driver asking why it was tacking so long with only one simple meal that I order, and the driver was smart enough to say to me to hold on line and make me listen to the treat they received when the driver asked for the Order, and I heard a woman practically YELLED “Drivers got to wait” .. I’m the customer of that ORDER and not the driver.. so Manager if you exist the order that the driver was picking up and you’ll making them wait it was for me, a customer that Order way before others customer that just arrived to your store.. if you don’t mind about the drivers then you don’t mind about the customers, then don’t work on a store were the customer service is critical , just to remember to you Manager (IF YOU EXIST) the driver is the extension of us…. Today I will give a zero star to you if was possible, the store was this Panera at the Rangeline Rd 👎👎👎👎👎.. Note: I see there is a lot of one star review at this store, lack of customer service and quality at this store, so this store for sure is in need of a MANAGER (if exist) OR A NEW MANAGER..
