  Been here three times in the past two months & used "rapid pick up". They have not been on time once & will keep me waiting another 15 minutes after i get an employee's attention. It took a manager to make a smoothie today. I will not be returning to this location.

  Friendly staff, food is always delicious. Very busy and often loud if you are going their for conversation.

  So went to take the kids for the first time and had a HORRIBLE service and experience, out f almost every bagel on a Sunday for mothers day. Then was asked to move the whole line for no reason. Normally have really good service but today was the worst ever.

  IMO, food here is all about $2 overpriced. I'm not a big fan. Don't see Panera as a good value.

  I enjoy coming to Panera once a month or so. The food here is usually pretty good and the service great. The wait is a little long, but they are pretty much busy all the time so it is as you'd expect. The only thing that would make me rate 5 stars would be price cuts. They are staggeringly high, at least to a student. I drop around $12 every time I come here and I just get a half soup, and half panini, with a side.
