  The service was excellent. I use to go to the Panera every M,W,F in Bloomingdale, but now they switched my facility to Chicago, and it was a great experience!!

  Great place. Great Service. Great Quality of Food. Great Atmosphere. Cleanliness was great. They really treat customers great. Kudos to the staff and training of management.

  I stopped here to get a cup of hot chocolate, grilled cheese sandwich and a Mediterranean veggie sandwich. I really enjoyed the hot chocolate which had chocolate chips, whipped cream and caramel marshmallows. The sandwiches were good too. This place is vegetarian friendly. Their staff got my order right and had the order served to my table. Their service was very good and quick. If you don't worry about their pricing then you could definitely try their items.

  Ordered through one of the kiosks and accidentally forgot to change the baguette to chips and when they brought the food over, they were nice enough to change it for me. Also, My bf’s sandwich was brought over and it was cold in the middle, and they made him a whole new one and even offered a complimentary pastry. Their service and attentiveness was great! Love coming to this Panera.
