  Every Panera Bread that I have been to has wonderful customer service. Such service that hires those with special needs and supports environmental friendly procedures (toilet water pressure option, recycling bins, and so on) increases my desire to support this restaurant.

  Just love their soups and deli sandwiches. He atmosphere is great too. Family-oriented as well. Prices are reasonable.

  Exceptional! I called to place an order for delivery, however we were just outside of the delivery area so I ordered for carryout. Knowing my unique situation and that time was limited, the staff went way out of their way to assist me. They even had someone bring the food out to my car when I pulled up. Great service!

  Wow! The service was next level. I didn’t know a quick breakfast experience could be so thoughtful. Upon arriving and waiting for our order the manager asked how we were doing and what brought us in since we were from out of town. My fiancé and I just had gotten engaged the day before, the staff brought up an additional pastry as a congratulations! The food was great and coffee very hot/delicious. Damon was phenomenal, his sincerity and interest for the guest can’t be topped. Thanks Panera Bread for a great start to the day and the experience.

  My lunch was great but the service was exceptional. I was eating alone and a busboy asked how I was and later brought me a brownie to enjoy later! He was so kind and thoughtful! Very unexpected terrific service. I love Panera bread but this made me love it even more!!
