  The food is very good, nice clean environment. The only negative is the man at the counter barely speaks English, trying to place an order can be difficult

  Your run of the mill panera, decent parking, good food, and nice staff, although the wait was a bit long.

  Great soup, fresh sandwiches! Free refills. Love them. If you have an awards card you earn free food.

  I don't know what employees think sometimes. I place order and the girl was wonderful and helpful. I go pick up my order and the girl packed it was nice. My problem is that when I got back to my car I handed my daughter her grill cheese. She loves Panera grill cheese. I look back and see her tearing it apart. So I asked why and she showed me a completely burnt grill cheese. It was obviously burnt. You could see it and when i flipped it over it was worse. If I had left and drove home I would have paid for something not edible. How does someone working there let that go. Two different girls saw the sandwich and packed it. Where's the quality control. When I brought it back in I showed a 3rd girl. She agreed and had a new one made. Just a waste of time. Plus, because it was raining I almost slipped coming back in. Management should get on top of this.

  Worst Panera ever! Needs new management. I take pictures when we go for fun, people can't believe it. We live nearby but have now decided to drive 5 miles further to avoid the Plainview store. Always a wait to order, 1 worker at the counter 4 others walking around aimlessly. Dirty tables, we usually clean our own. Employees on break hog booths during dinner hour, tonight a worker was actually sleeping in one. Meanwhile, the parking lot is always jammed because 20 or more board game players visit nightly and stay for hours, using even more tables. The kicker is, you rarely see them purchase a thing. A few times we observed these lady's arriving with coffee & snacks from home. We like Panera food but here its often wrong and takes too long. Finally, you may want to bring your own drinks. Almost every time I go there's some dumb supply cart abandoned in front of the beverage station. And I almost forgot... the hot water is always cold. Panera is a really good place for a quick quality meal. But the way this store is run ruins the brand.
