::Stay far away from this location, food is never prepared properly, location is very dirty and the staff have nasty attitudes. Don't hire young people who are just there for a paycheck. Even the manager had a nasty attitude when I complained about my messed up order. Drive to a better neighborhood as this Panera is a reflection of its environment.

::In a time when most places don’t know what customer service is I was pleasantly surprised today. I ordered a curbside pickup and when I went in some of my order was I available. Megan who was at the cashier checked and apologize for being out of bagels I wanted but she compensated by giving me a complimentary cookie. She was very apologetic and I had to give her a good review. She is an excellent team member and you guys are lucky to have her 👍🏽

::This Panera bread has the worst and laziest staff I’ve ever encountered. I often drive miles to a better and CLEANER location just to know I’m going to be satisfied with my food order. Thank GOD I’m not allergic to nuts but I do prefer my salad without them. EVERY TIME I make the request to have the nuts removed. They are on my salad. Every single time. They often miss ingredients. I’ve been given a warm bowl with broccoli and two pieces of chicken. Something needs to be done.

::I've been coming to this location on and off for over a year and will not go here anymore. They always seem to be sold out of most if not all bakery/pastry items before noon, long wait times for curbside pick up and I've received orders with items missing several times. I ordered delivery last week directly through the app, order arrived and I only got 2 of the 5 items I ordered, and one of those items was still wrong. Contacted Panera support and they said this location handles complaints on their own and I have to wait 5 days for a response before I can escalate the issue...I don't expect to hear anything.

::I ordered my favorite sandwich, Chipotle Chicken, no avocado with extra Chipotle sauce. When I got home, the sandwich was dry with little to no sauce on it and a little chicken. Please take better care in preparing to-go orders. It's disappointing when one gets home and the food is not right 👎🏾
