  Someone needs to explain to the staff that a seasonal greens salad should not include only kale.....very chewy

  Horrible... estoy embarazada y deseaba tanto comer aqui. Y resulta que mevacaban de dar una sopa muy fría y un blt tky frío literal de la nevera 😡😡😡😠😠

  Honestly i like panera bread but this one here in cross county , is absolutely the worst

  This was like..." Panera 911-The Bronx". The worst , most backward, "Ish"-show ever! They got my order wrong THREE times. I dont know if its because their day manager ( indian guy) didn't hv command of the lingo or just didn't give a dmn! I ordered a simple Greek/ Quinoa salad. Large. What I got was.....1 regular Greek salad w peppers,2nd round i got....1 Chicken salad w quinoa...3rd times a charm..um, NOT!! Plus, you hafta add in the managers cruddy lil attitude as he handed me my SMALL bowl full of dry kale with two dressings on the side!! As for the drinks....Did I mention the fact that they ran out of tea bags, and wait...put out black looking honey labeled "BULK" where the tea should hv been. No lemon in that building at all. I told them about the tea situation TWICE, afterwhich someone went to the basement to tea for me! Yeah, a real crapfest at this location. And through all the screw ups, the manager never once offered a cookie or bagel, NOR an apology, Nuthin! No compensation for my lousy, dry meal!! I complained about that, and an employee who was watching and then asked what i wanted. He gave me the almond thumbprint cookie, even though i asked for the carmel appl thumbprint. Ugh, please not again. This location makes the Panera chain look crazy! They need to either have a customer service "RE"- Orientation staff training, clean house or close this location down completely! AVOID!

  This Panera is awful. Don't go. Don't waste your money. The meat was slimy and everything was thrown together.
