::The place is great overall, but I have no idea what they use to clean their tables because the tables are so sticky that the napkins got stuck onto the surface. This happened multiple times I visited the store.

::This Panera bread located at Englewood NJ; I've enjoyed their salads, sandwiches, soups and pecan sticky bun with coffee, my favorite place for a treat during fall and winter time. Love the soups, but my favorite is tomatoe soup. Service had been good, friendly, location is clean, orderly, and can become busy, but not noisy. I've always had good visits, never been disappointed and look forward in visiting here with friends again... you've got to try it.

::Worst experience ever. Manager came over to our group angry and yelling that our work vans blocked his drive thu, which is a complete exaggeration and only partially blocked because of poor snow removal. Still entirely passable. He was loud, belligerent, and violating our personal space in an intrusive manner. He completely created a scene with paying customers. I’ve been there weekly for the last two years and spend easily $80 - $100 a month. Never again. This man should be fired immediately as he has the worst service skills I’ve ever seen. No one should ever have to experience such unsolicited rage and such a public altercation.

::Had a rough experience at this new panera location. My order was messed up, but I left the store already and found out when I got home. I ordered almost 50 bucks worth of food. Cashier was terrible and I'm sure she overcharged me. Food was not even worth it. Small selections, chicken tasted like cardboard. At least the tea was good. Gave them an extra start for that.
