::February 11, 2018 5:30pm, longest service ever. Two girls working and waited 30 minutes to be addressed. If I didn’t know what I wanted I would Understand the wait but when I called and walked in I wanted Seattle Specific charm they could have just rang me up after they rang someone who made a purchase.

::This Pandora store and their employees are exceptional! I discovered that one of my charms went missing while I was talking to an employee. I left thinking I had possibly lost it in my hotel room. The next day I got a call at my hotel that they had found my charm! An employee at the store had been calling hotels around Seattle just to get in touch with me. I truly appreciate their dedication in returning my charm and am thankful have gotten it back. Thanks so much!!
