  Love the free gifts. Just hate that they ask u all ur info, has logs of everything u purchased but NO data on ur purchases. So what is the forms for? My mom collects swartkzi crystals and ITS logged in their system. So whenever I go to buy her something I give her name (than not course I have to verify some info) then they say NO she has this or that already so I don't duplicate her collection. I believe Pandora should apply the same thing. GOD forbid u lose ur bracelet you don't remember EACH charm.

  If I could give them a negative I would! I have never felt more disgusted by a Pandora! First they make u wait on line just to enter the store and ask questions. Suppose they don’t even have what you want! You need to make a long line to find out because it’s always a line! Then when we finally made it inside because my boyfriend was getting me a charm the staff was supper rude. He said “thank you” a good ten times and we got not one “you are welcome.” Just rudeness and silence. Then the staff couldn’t even find their own merchandise and had to take it out of display. Then we had to make another line to pay! Never coming again! Go to any other pandora or shop online.

  It was my first time ever going to a Pandora so I was confused as to their system but I was tended to within minutes. Within the half hour I was out with my purchase and all of my questions were answered. Jessica was great in helping me buy a promise ring.
