::Tried to exchange an item 40 days after purchase. Understand the unwillingness to provide a refund after 30 days, but this policy pertains to an exchange? They don't lose anything from it, and I would have spent more to make up any difference. Brought the wife to make sure she got something she wanted. Pandora wouldn't have lost anything with an exchange. They did lose a customer though.
