  Just spent my lunch break and more here waiting patiently to return something- literally still waiting as we speak. One in one customer service is all well in good- but could've easily excused themselves for a minute or two while their customers gazed at Jewelry to service me- a little goes a long way with stuff like this. I have liked the service here when buying something, but good customer service doesn't just pertain to when things are being purchased.
