  This is a cute little store where I walked in, showed them on the phone what my daughter wanted and wothing minutes Ana had the item gift wrapped up and done. Great service very couteous staff.

  This Pandora, although small, is probably the best run Pandora location in Brooklyn. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

  Had a great experience visiting this store! I needed to find a surprise gift for my mom, JJ and Tasha were so fantastic and knowledgeable, they helped me find exactly what I needed. I’m very grateful and I will definitely recommend your location to friends and family, THANK YOU!

  I have never been treated soooooo nice as I was today by Kassandra, Stephine, & JJ!! These young ladies made my soul smile inside & out!! Superb customer service!! The young lady that took my call over the phone was beyond sweet as well I think it started with a (“D”). I would recommend this store hands down with these pleasant & beautiful ladies vs. DISGUSTING KINGS PLAZA with the RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL STORE MANAGER (thank God the staff was helpful & kind) I like there pitiful leader!!! A standing ovation for team Bay Ridge Pandora!!
