  Not my favorite location.We went @ 4pm. Everything except the rice and noodles we're cold. The egg rolls we're over fried, causing them to be difficult to eat. We were really disappointed to have to pay a premium price for Walnut Srimp only to taste nothing but mush. When we got home we discovered all these problems. So I called the store and talked to the manager. That was no easy task. I had to repeat myself way to many times. Then I had to ask her to replace my meal. She agreed to,but we won't be returning to that location.

  I got beef and broccoli which I saw them just out out while I was in line but it was freaking cold. I swear the weather outside was hotter than my food. Felt like I was eating leftovers from the fridge

  Unlike any Panda Express experience. Food over cooked, poor taste, rude disinterested lady at register. Young Man was polite but others all essentially ignored me, long line, but they seemed oblivious and with Lee very slow at their pace, like we weren’t there. As I said, love Pqnda Express usually but this was a poor experience.

  OK my name is Husam, my phone number I am always go to Panda Express at 75th Ave and cactus to buy for my family every time I come in, on the board it says the bowl $6.10 when I go and pay he charges me $8.20 and when I asked why, he says $1.25 for the shrimp so I pay 6.10 just for the rice? It doesn't make any sense. If you have a change of prices then keep on the board so the costumer knows how much they have to pay. Over the years I go the this store and I get robbed and I didn't know, please I'm asking all the costumer when they go to this store watch your wallet because you could get robbed and you don't know that the board charges a price but they make you pay more. I tried to reach the head office thank you.

  I will never eat at this panda express again. My husband and I have been there several times before and never had a worst experience then we did tonight. We went in tonight to grab dinner, my mom was buying but we don't have a car so we rode our bikes up there, obviously my mom didn't go with us. Our meal was just over 25 dollars, when I presented my mom's card and asked to see id which is fine, it's good they do that. However when I stated it's my mom's card, and I have permission to use it, they still gave me a hard time, asked if I had any change that could bring it down to 25 so they could use the card, now I had my own money however was not wanting to use it since my mom was paying. I told them I didn't and said I could give my mom a call and have her tell them I could use their card. The manager said I could, and while on the phone with my mom another employee in the back pipped up "She can't take the card with out a form of id" So I said never mind give me my card back and paid with the cash that I was planning to use for something else to pay for dinner. I have never been so embarrassed. You do not treat customers that way EVER. And I will be filing a personal complaint with corporate as well.
