  One of our favorite places till last night. Hours are 10:30 to 10... we were walking in 15 to 10pm starving.... and the two ladies inside kept telling us no. They were closed.... just called and they said lobby closes at 9:30...? How is that... door and online says 10pm. Not eating there anymore. Disappointed.

  I wish I could give this Panda Express zero stars. Worst customer service possible. I ordered teriyaki chicken and the cashier didn't even mention they did not have teriyaki sauce, just hoped I wouldn't notice. Not only that, it took me 20 minutes just to get my order from the time I paid. Also, got home with no spring rolls, yet I paid for them.

  I have been here more than once. Thinking the first bad experience was a fluke, I gave them two more chances. The service at this location is horrible, the servers are often rude (not all but most), and you have to repeat yourself several times to the drive-through employees when ordering, as they don't pay attention. More than once they have run out of certain kinds of food such as fried rice at 11 A.M. They open at 10:45. If you do a pick-up order, they will not start making it until you arrive at the store. This kind of defeats the purchase of pre-order. I do not recommend this location.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Customer service is bad. The servers are rude. They are rude when being asked for fresh food. And to top it off, everything we asked for was a 10min wait. I would ask for something else but that too was a 10 minute wait. The floors are sticky. The broccoli looked undercooked and dry (hardly any sauce). Don't get me started on the portions. They were so much smaller than all other pandas I've ever visited. Very dissatisfied and upset. Only reason we dealt with it is because we starving otherwise we would've walked out.

  There’s never paper towels in the restroom, employees are kind of piss all the time, if you guys know you are busy all the time have a extra person cleaning the tables and emptying trash cans, always have to wait for food and portions are smaller than other pandas!
